The component can be attached to any RectTransform. The RectTransfrom will be a required component on the GameObject.
One can create/configure a countless number of states.
A state can be named (like the Mechanim's animators) so that it can be transitioned to.
An option to 'flow' from one state to another should be available, by going through other states (like a timeline) or directly to the target state. In other words this will be a chain tween or just a simple A-B tween.
This component should allow for a high degree of math based animations that can be chained and timed as needed.
Only one state can be set as the default (start) state and it does not necessarily have to be the first state.
Between states one can add a pause (a wait time).
Every state should also come with its own UnityEvents (OnStateEnter and OnStateExit).
(Optional) Every state can also have Enter and Exit sounds (UISounds).
